Surplus and asset disposal

SDP General Partnership is currently selling off and disposing of Construction Equipment and Surplus Materials from the West White Rose CGS Construction Project site in Argentia, NL. This will include heavy equipment, tools, machinery, scaffolding, construction consumables and the like.

Expressions of Interest will be posted on this webpage and through the Energy NL membership distribution (https://join.energynl.ca/become-a-member).

Additionally, items and lots will be sold at public auction through Fitzpatricks Auction and Eastern Frontier Auctions, visit their websites below to view current and/or upcoming auctions as items become availabe.

Items will be posted as they become available, from now through Q1 2025.

Offers and proposals on EOI’s, RFB’s etc. will be considered looking at best return for the Project and in line with best practices in Sustainable Procurement. Responders will be added to the individual Bidders Lists and invited to submit offers or proposals through an RFx process. SDP strongly supports providing opportunities to Canadian and, in particular, Newfoundland and Labrador companies and individuals on an overall competitive basis. SDP also encourages the participation of members of designated groups (women, Aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities, and members of visible minorities) and corporations or cooperatives owned by them, in the event that acquisition of any assets or surplus materials by groups benefiting diverse communities serves as a project legacy in the region.
